Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days for selected eligible items. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that not all store purchases are eligible for a refund or return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as fresh food, dairy, and opened grocery items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids (such as lighter fluid), or tobacco products.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or consumed food and beverage items
  • Clearanced or marked-down sale items
  • Alcoholic beverages (Beer & Wine)

To complete your return, we require the original store receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns must be handled directly with our team in-store.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected in-person at our store, we will immediately notify you if the return is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed on the spot. If you paid by credit or debit card, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and credit card processors can take a few business days to officially post the refund to your account.

Sale & Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All clearance and sale items are final sales.

Product Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, expired, or damaged at the time of purchase. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please bring your receipt and visit us at the store counter.

In-Store Returns Only

Because we are a local, neighborhood market, we do not accept returns by mail or shipping. All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be completed in-person at our retail store.
